Our client in Chagrin Falls has an immediate opening for a part-time bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper is responsible for entering and maintaining the financial transactions for the company in an accurate and timely fashion using QuickBooks and maintaining all financial info in a confidential manner Prepares periodic financial reports, including monthly financial statements. Prepares and issues customer invoices and manages collections and accounts payable. Other assignments include processing payroll, prepares check runs, and receive payments on accounts as directed. Ensures that monthly bank reconciliations are completed in an accurate and timely fashion. Terrific personality is a must and be able to take ownership of their position qualifications.
